ACI UK is delighted to share this latest edition in City & Financial Global well-established series of events examining the evolution of financial services regulation in the UK will not only analyse the impact of the fundamental macro changes, but also the implications of the many specific regulatory changes that are being introduced to enhance the UK’s leading position in key sectors such as capital raising (e.g. Mark Austin’s Secondary Capital Raising Review), cryptoassets, ESG and stewardship, green finance, insurance (e.g. the Solvency II Review), and FinTech.

The speakers will also address the issue of how regulatory divergence may impact access to European markets and the ability to service European clients in the longer term.
