Introducing ACI UK’s Soft Skill Training Series

Technical expertise is crucial in FX – but in a relationship-driven market so are soft skills.

ACI UK are delighted to partner with Martina Doherty to offer the first in our series of in-person soft skills training workshops in London on 9, April, 2025: Building your leadership confidence, influence and impact 

For new, aspiring or experienced people leaders looking to improve their leadership and communication skills as well as build the confidence to manage, influence and inspire others, this is the ideal course for you.

Course content includes:

• Gaining insights into different leadership styles and identifying your own unique style
• Assessing your core strengths and values and how to leverage them to strengthen your leadership capabilities
• Awareness of the factors that shape how we think and behave
• Learning how to strategically focus and manage competing priorities
• Identifying the strategies and behaviours to effectively influence and drive positive outcomes in communication and relationship-building – and how to implement them

The interactive small-group session is designed to encourage open idea-sharing and foster real-world learning with practical application.
