“We can all choose to challenge and call out gender bias and inequality. We can all choose to seek out and celebrate women’s achievements. Collectively, we can all help create an inclusive world.  From challenge comes change, so let’s all choose to challenge”.
To honour International Women’s Day and this year’s Choose to Challenge theme, ACI UK and ACI Singapore hosted a virtual interactive workshop with enthusiastic participation from market practitioners from UK, US and Singapore. Breakout sessions led by guest speakers explored differences in experience and culture in terms of workplace gender equality, and specifically considered the challenges faced by new market entrants, effective work/life balancing, mental wellness and other key subjects. This was a very well supported event with expert speakers (from Singapore and UK) and an internatoinal and diverse audience.  Our thanks to ACI Singapore for facilitating a great event.
