2021 OUTLOOK – MID YEAR UPDATE – 13 JULY 18:30 GMT

Following the January 2021 Outlook event, we are delighted to announce that on 13 July our expert panelists (below) will return once more to provide a ‘mid-term update’ on their respective technical and fundamental analysis outlooks for 2021.  We are delighted to once again be partnering iwth the Society of Technical Analysts on this event.

Based on current circumstances, this will be a virtual (Zoom) event.   STA and ACI welcome the participation of ACI members  and supporters globally to what – based on the January event – promises to deliver some great insight from a distinguished expert panel. In the context of the continuing global pandemic, post-Brexit machinations and a new US government, it will be very interesting to see how our panel’s outlook has changed (or not) since January.  Participants will have the opporutnity to pose questions to speakers at the end of the session.

SPEAKERS

• Gerry Celaya, MSTA, Chairman and Principal, Redtower Asset Management. Formerly with American Express Bank (London) as a Senior Currency Strategist and Technical Analyst, Gerry was part of a team that managed some of AEB’s proprietary FX spot and options positions. He now advises corporate, central bank, client bank, hedge fund, family office and high net worth clients around the world.
• Ron William MSTA CFTe, Market Strategist, Founder RWA. Ron is a Market Strategist,with more than 20-years’ experience working for leading economic research firms and institutions to produce macro research and trading strategies. He specializes in blended, top-down, semi- discretionary analysis, driven by cycles and proprietary timing models.
• TBC Dominic Bunning, Head European FX Research, HSBC, covering G10 and CEEMEA currencies. Previously, HSBC Hong Kong covering Emerging Asian currencies. Dominic joined the bank through its Global Research Graduate Programme; in his early career worked in MENA equity research and as a junior FX strategist covering G10 currencies.
• Moderator – Gavin Wells, ACI UK Executive Committee, 360T.  Gavin joined 360TGTX in 2020 to further develop its FX swaps strategy. Formerly Head of Europe, Digital Asset, Gavin worked previously at LCH / LSEG and Citi in a vsriety of FX leadership roles.
