R P Martin beats EBS Brokertec in hardfought final to win 2016 ACI UK Football Shield (2015 Winners: Integral)
The annual ACI UK Five a Side Football Tournament took place at the Powerleague London City (Shoreditch) on 14 October. After a few team cancellations, 8 teams – representing banks, brokers, exchanges and providers – battled hard to secure their places in the semi finals where EBS Brokertec took on Thomson Reuters and last year’s winners, Integral, played R P Martin. In a tense and lively final, R P Martin beat EBS Brokertec to become the second team to have its name engraved on the ACI UK Football Shield. Integral beat Thomson Reuters to take third place.
